Privacy notice
This notice explains how the public Movelira website and its optional enquiry form process personal data. It is not a customer data-processing agreement or a description of a clinic installation.

What this notice covers
This notice applies to pages on movelira.com and messages sent through the public enquiry form. It does not describe processing within a customer clinic installation, the separate customer-account site or the restricted fictional-data demos.
Information submitted in an enquiry
We process the information you choose to provide: name, work email address, clinic or practice name, enquiry topic, selected plan and message. Where supplied, we also process role, team size, country and preferred language; the site locale is recorded with the enquiry.
The form includes a hidden website field to help distinguish automated submissions. Please do not send patient records, health information, passwords or production credentials.
Purpose and legal basis
Where an enquiry relates to a possible agreement, we process it to take requested pre-contractual steps under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Other relevant enquiries are processed for our legitimate interest in operating Movelira and responding to useful communications under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Storage and internal notification
An accepted enquiry is stored as an encrypted commercial record. It is not connected to a customer installation, patient account, payment record or clinical record.
When an internal notification is configured, it is sent to the commercial inbox through Google Workspace SMTP. We do not send an automatic confirmation to the visitor. If that notification fails, the stored enquiry remains available and the failure log contains only the enquiry identifier and topic.
Form safeguards
The endpoint accepts only documented enquiry fields and uses the hidden field above to reduce automated submissions. It rejects clear patient-identifying or clinical phrases before storage. This is a narrow safeguard, not a guarantee that free text can be classified perfectly.
Retention and unrelated use
Enquiries are retained as immutable commercial evidence. An automatic deletion period is not currently applied to this record type. Enquiry data is not sold, added to a mailing list, used for unrelated marketing or used to train public or private AI models.
Google Analytics
Movelira includes Google Analytics with measurement ID G-6YS134ST72 to measure use of this public site. The implementation sends no custom events, account identifiers, enquiry contents, demo credentials, payment data or clinical information through that tag. Google may process technical usage data and identifiers under its own privacy terms.
International transfers
Google Workspace may process mailbox data in countries where Google or its subprocessors operate. Any restricted transfers are governed by the applicable Google data-processing and transfer mechanisms. This notice does not claim a tenant data-region setting that has not been verified.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, or object to processing. You may also lodge a complaint with a competent data-protection authority. Contact info@nimblique.studio to make a request.
