App privacy and account deletion

Privacy notice

Movelira · Movelira Demo

Scope and responsible contacts

Effective 26 October 2026. This notice covers Movelira and Movelira Demo. Publisher: NimbliqueStudio; info@nimblique.studio. Your clinic controls its patient and staff records and provides its own care-related privacy information. Contact the clinic about those records; contact us about the apps, demo or technical privacy questions.

Clinic information and purposes

Movelira processes the clinic connection code or link, account and contact details, roles, appointments, assigned forms and their answers, messages and relevant billing or care information when you use an enabled feature. These support sign-in and the clinic workflows you request. Access follows clinic permissions. Routine patient content belongs to the selected isolated clinic installation, not a shared central patient database.

Device and technical information

The app retains clinic routing preferences, language, appearance and optional-service choices. Authentication material and retained notification references use protected device storage. Service requests also involve network and security information such as IP addresses and request times. We use technical information to operate, protect and diagnose the service, without putting clinical narrative or message bodies in application diagnostics.

Recipients and optional services

Authorised clinic staff and service providers supporting the installation may process relevant data. Enabled clinic email, messaging, payment or calendar services involve the provider selected by that clinic. Optional push uses Google Firebase Cloud Messaging and, on iOS, Apple Push Notification service: device/app identifiers, delivery tokens and minimal notice references are processed. Optional Google Firebase Analytics is off until you opt in; it measures app opening, language and appearance changes with technical usage information. You can withdraw in Settings. We do not sell app data or use it for advertising.

Permissions you control

Camera permission supports scanning clinic or arrival codes. Calendar access or an event editor is used only for an explicitly chosen calendar action; your selected calendar service may receive the event you confirm. Device unlock uses the operating system: the app receives the result, not biometric templates. Notifications require your permission. Declining an optional permission leaves the corresponding feature unavailable.

Retention, account deletion and requests

For a signed-in clinic account, open Me → Account → Delete account, review the retention notice and confirm when eligible. Recent authentication or resolution of clinic-owner responsibilities may be required. This removes account access and revokes sessions; it does not automatically erase medical, billing, audit or other clinic records. Their retention follows the clinic’s legal obligations and preservation requirements. To request deletion of your account and associated personal data without the app, contact your clinic or email info@nimblique.studio with the app name, clinic and account contact address. Do not include health details, passwords or identity documents. We route clinic requests to the responsible clinic and verify identity privately. Data that must be retained, including restricted backups and security evidence, remains subject to the applicable retention obligation; the clinic explains the categories and duration. Uninstalling alone does not delete server records.

Movelira Demo

Demo identities and care records are fictional, shared and read-only. Do not enter real patient information. There is no personal clinic account to delete in the demo. Technical requests, local preferences and any separately enabled usage analytics still apply; contact info@nimblique.studio about deletion of personal technical or support data.

Legal bases, transfers and your rights

App operation and security rely on the relevant service relationship and legitimate interests; optional usage analytics relies on consent. Your clinic explains the lawful basis for its care processing, including health data, and any legal retention duties. Google, Apple or a clinic-selected provider may process information internationally under their applicable privacy and transfer arrangements; ask your clinic or us for the arrangements relevant to your installation. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to processing, withdraw consent, and complain to a competent data-protection authority. The public website has a separate privacy notice.
